All the fasteners were replaced at the same time. Fuck this steel.

That elbow looks like cast, which usually corrodes a bit faster than steel, but the rest of the exhaust should be steel, however it is shit too. Conclusion: you need titanium!

No offence intended, I live 40 minutes from Moose Jaw, Southey is north of me and Eastend is as far west as you can go. Rustington just seems geographically apt. Dickfallofingtonshire was maybe a bit much, unless that is, there is such a place. Cornwall maybe?

None taken, we use salt on the roads here and and Rustington is a coastal village so the name is valid. I live about 15 miles out in Shoreham by Sea, which is, coincidentally, by the sea.

I was doing exhaust work on Saturday too- cutting up and bending and rewelding a header to fit in a preposterously tiny space. So many cuts I just know it’s going to eat a weld from inside and gas me if I don’t replace it every ten years.
